COLOR SEPARATION PRINTING
This technology is suitable both for small and larger batches. For larger batches it is less expensive than digital printing. Full-color separation allows making large print formats and processing large batches in real time. This full-color raster printing is done by means of spot colors in contrast to the CMYK method. Special software provides the optimal distribution of the spot colors and by blending the different colors it achieves the desired color transitions even in complex motifs. This method also takes into consideration the color of the fabric and thus it allows the creation of smooth transitions of the motif’s margin towards the dark cloth.
Making of the print template resolution of 300 DPI in a ratio of 1:1. If possible leave a separate motif on a transparent background; do not merge the layers of the motif and textile color. Please, restrain from CMYK to RGB converting, which would lead to the disappearance of a number of significant data.
